The artist Jade Blackstock - young black woman in a white dress with a knee length pleated skirt and white boots - steps through high grass. Her face is bound in twine, her feet and fingers are painted white and she holds what looks like a small bowl of honey.

Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate the launch of two new projects.

Come together in the mud in the main gallery for dirty nails (les ongles noirs), with live performances from 6.30–8pm by Maria Muehombo / M I M I, Jade Blackstock, Ban Workshop and melissandre varin with Geamhradhr/Winter.

And in the second gallery take a first look at Idols of Mud and Water by Australian artist Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran.
