Please join Eastside Projects to celebrate their 10th birthday for this Digbeth First Friday. They will launch two new exhibitions, ‘This is the Gallery and the Gallery is Many Things X’ and ‘Pushing Attention’. With performances by Lady Skollie, Libita Clayton and Nicola Singh, from 7 pm.
This is the Gallery and the Gallery is Many Things X is an evolving exhibition / space / performance / event. Across twelve weeks and three launch events twenty one artists respond to / add to / change the existing conditions and/or works previously shown within the space.
Pushing Attention by Nicola Singh is the first of three solo shows which are the finale of the unique development initiative 3-Phase, a partnership with Jerwood Charitable Foundation & WORKPLACE, Gateshead.
