Critical Conditions – Launch Night

Impact Hub can be found at Walker Building, 58 Oxford St, Birmingham B5 5NY

6–8.30pm

Critical Conditions is an exhibit of work from Documentary Photographers Paul Stringer and Rizwan Ali Dar. This series of work focuses on the unseen communities within the Calais refugee camp during the autumn of 2015.

The work is featured within a deconstructable installation, designed to be later donated for use in the camp. This was built and donated by FAM Collective members Jonny Graney and Dale Hipkiss – with materials donated by Jericho wood recycling. (http://jericho.org.uk/)

The launch night will be a series of featured artists, open mic slots and discussion all in the name of raising money for Refugees.

This is a completely free event to attend, although we will be collecting donations on the evening. If you want to donate via online, before or after the event, the link to use is here: https://www.youcaring.com/project-fundraiser/solidarity-trip-to-calais-camp/353399

The donations will be used for the benefit of the refugees within the camp.
