Make/Shift/Space takes to the streets of Digbeth showcasing work from four public artist-residencies.
Throughout the night, Make/Shift/Space will platform a live curation and procession of objects, artefacts, audio and visuals from artists Claire Hickey, Laura Burns, Sarah Taylor Silverwood and Emily Warner.
Make/Shift/Space is a portable artist structure which hosts temporary live art-making in public locations. Between May and June a series of residencies, workshops and events were programmed in communities across Digbeth, Balsall Heath and Sparkbrook, Birmingham.
Devised by artist-duo Hickey+Warner, the project is supported by Arts Council England and mac Birmingham.
