Edible Eastside celebrates June with the start of our mini market selling bread, plants and other homemade produce. Artisan Loaves can be purchased for £2.50, plants and other produce at various prices.
We will also be serving pizzas cooked straight from out of our Earth Oven topped with our own herbs and edible flowers. Eat at our canalside bar – Pizza and Beer is £3.00.
We have two artists projects onsite with us during the evening. We will be exploring the way in which imagery is reproduced and distributed with a playful collaborative project, that is, ‘Shaun Ryder Beermat Show’. The project will take over the shipping container on site and also in the wider environment of Digbeth. We are also joined by Liz Hardy who will be presenting ‘The Valency of Four’ a site specific installation that explores the core of life in Carbon’s Four Bonds.
