Eastside Projects

Portrait of person with their tongue stretched out and sideways. They are wearing clown makeup and a ruff, behind them is a stack of sticks.

Join us for a jam-packed evening!

We’ll be sharing ‘Companion Culture: Four Actions for Digbeth’ the new community led cultural plan for Digbeth … both our exhibitions, ‘The Hole in the Whole’ and ‘The Artist, The Community, The Council and The Philanthropist’, will be open until 8pm … and we’ll have readings by the Friends Institute Writing Group and a performance by Ashkan Sepahvand. Plus the bar will be open with soft, low alcohol and alcoholic drinks, plus samosas if you fancy a cheeky snack.

6:30pm – Friends Institute Poetry Group readings

7:15pm – diasporic gibberish, The Hole in the Whole: Performance by Ashkan Sepahvand
